IT Technician
We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Mallorca. Quinatec specialises in IT solutions for homes and businesses across the island. If you enjoy solving technical problems and helping people get the most out of their technology, this is your opportunity.
Key responsibilities
Equipment maintenance: repair and maintenance of computers, printers, local networks and mobile devices.
Remote support: remote technical assistance to resolve incidents in real time.
On-site visits: travelling to homes and businesses for on-site work.
Network setup: installation and configuration of WiFi networks, routers, repeaters and network equipment.
Security management: antivirus, security updates and backups.
Customer service: clear, professional communication, explaining technical solutions in plain language.
Requirements
Education: IT technician qualification, computer engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: at least 2 years in technical support or IT maintenance.
Knowledge: Windows, Linux, TCP/IP networking, PC hardware and office software.
Skills: problem solving, attention to detail, working under pressure.
Communication: native Spanish and basic English.
Availability: flexible hours and willingness to travel around Mallorca.
